Before You Order
How far ahead do I need to order?
Online catering orders can be placed 24 hours in advance at any Post location. For larger groups or particularly busy dates, we always recommend ordering as early as possible.
How many people does your catering feed?
Our online catering menu is designed for groups of 10 or more, with serving quantities listed by menu item or package. Serving counts are intended to be exact, so we recommend using those numbers as your guide when planning your order.
Hosting a larger group? You may want to add a little extra of popular items like sauces and sides.
Can you accommodate allergies?
We’re happy to help answer questions about allergens and dietary needs. Because ingredients and preparation methods can vary, please contact your Post location directly before placing your order so our team can provide the most accurate information. Allergy-friendly options may be available depending on the item and your needs. Our fried chicken is famously always gluten free!
What comes with my catering order?
What’s included depends on what you order. Item descriptions, package details, and available add-ons are shown in our online ordering portal as you build your order. Flatware and napkins are available upon request and can be added to your order through the utensil options. Chafing dishes and Sternos are also available for an additional charge.

What pieces come in the fried chicken assortment?
Our fried chicken packages come as a mixed assortment of wings, thighs, breasts, and legs. Chicken is packaged in sets of 2 (2 wings, 2 thighs, 2 breasts, 2 legs).
Can I request specific chicken pieces?
Our fried chicken packages are offered as a set assortment, so we’re not able to accommodate requests for specific cuts.
How is your chicken prepared?
Our chicken is famously always gluten free. It is not dairy free as it is brined, buttermilk wash and breaded in a special rice flour based recipe.
Pickup & Delivery
Do you deliver?
Yes! Delivery is available at all Post locations through our third party delivery partners. Delivery does not require a minimum order. Available fulfillment options and delivery details will be shown when you select your location during online ordering.
Can I schedule a pickup time?
Absolutely. Available pickup times will appear during online ordering based on your selected Post location.
What should I expect for pickup or delivery?
Before submitting your order, please double-check your location, date, time, and order details. For delivery orders, please include any helpful arrival instructions at checkout so your delivery driver knows where to go.
Making Changes to Your Order
Can I change my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change, please call the restaurant directly as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to accommodate updates, although changes may be limited depending on the timing and status of your order.
What if I need to cancel?
Please contact the restaurant directly as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Cancellation requests are handled based on the timing and status of the order.
Who do I contact if something is wrong with my order?
If you have a question or an issue with your order, please contact the Post location where your order was placed. Our team will be happy to help get things sorted as quickly as possible.
Fees & Extras
What fees are associated with catering?
Catering orders include a 5% Service Charge and applicable sales tax. Additional items or services, such as chafing dishes, may carry an additional charge and will be reflected in your order.
You will be automatically prompted should you like to add gratuity for our team.
Custom Catering & Events
Do you offer custom catering?
Yes! Our online catering menu is designed to make ordering easy for groups of 10 or more, but we know that sometimes you need something a little more specific.
For custom catering, larger or more involved orders, or staffed catering, our Events & Catering team would love to help build something around your needs.
